Our worship service at 9:00 AM on Sundays is a blend of contemporary worship and traditional liturgical elements. We want everyone to be able to follow along with our service, so all song lyrics, scripture readings and spoken liturgies are projected on our screen. In addition to contemporary worship songs led by our Worship Team, we also enjoy traditional hymns accompanied by our organ.

• Communion (2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays)
• Reading of the Creeds

After the worship service on Sunday, we all gather on the lanai outside the main entrance to enjoy snacks provided by our members, and get to know each other better. You're invited to join us in this fun fellowship time.

We love to study together at Saint Mark! At 10:45 AM, we enter our study time with the following classes offered:

• Adult Bible Study led by Pastor Dan
• Keiki Sunday School (age 2 - 4th grade) in the Sanctuary
• Junior Sunday School (5th - 8th grade) in the Collaboration Room above the school office

At Saint Mark, we come together to celebrate Holy Communion every 2nd, 4th and 5th Sunday of each month.  As Lutheran Christians, we believe what Jesus says – “This is my body” and “This is my blood” given for forgiveness, life and salvation.  Jesus’ body and blood are truly present in and with the bread and wine.  Baptized Christians who share the belief that salvation is through God’s grace alone, not by our good deeds, and have been instructed in the Scriptures about this Holy meal are invited to join us in the Lord’s Supper.  

Children under the age of 13 should speak with the Pastor for instruction about partaking of this special gift.  Confirmation classes are offered to teach these younger Christians about the blessing of this Holy Meal before they join us at the Table.

Our ushers will distribute the bread and wine to the congregation while they remain seated. If you do not feel ready to receive communion, please let them know by simply keeping your hands folded as they pass through your aisle. We hold the elements and wait for the pastor to lead us in the Words of Institution, at which point we eat and drink together.

We believe Jesus when he said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 19:14). Children are always welcome at Saint Mark!

We invite parents and children to worship together in the sanctuary. We provide kids' bulletins to keep our little ones busy, and we also have a Kids Room in the back of the sanctuary where the keiki can find books and toys to help occupy them. We live-stream our service to the Keiki Room, so parents can follow along if they need to stay in the room with their keiki.

After the worship service, the kids are invited to enjoy some snacks and check out our playground. Don't forget about Sunday School! At 10:45 AM our Sunday School starts in the sanctuary, where kids will enjoy lots of songs, Bible stories and super-fun crafts. Parents are welcome to drop off their kids at Sunday School, and come back to pick them up at 11:30 AM.  

We aren't very formal at Saint Mark -- we just want you to be comfortable and ready to worship Jesus together! Most people wear aloha crisp, which includes aloha shirts or dresses, slacks or shorts, and dress shoes or slippahs. We are just happy you're here! 

We have a large parking lot on campus that generally accomodates all the worshippers on any given Sunday. For larger events, like Christmas and Easter, we open up the additional parking lot behind our school office.
